The software being web based is able to be accessed from
anywhere where an Internet connection is available. The application
is linked to a website, which allows customers to register and book
their vehicle online for MOT or servicing as well as viewing previous services and repair work (history). The software is capable of dealing with fleets, and registered companies can check their accounts, booking, and service history online via the website.

For the car garage itself the software can deal with account statements, customer invoices and
services.  It is linked to the DVLA website enabling user to perform vehicle look via registration number
and hpi checks.  The software through the use of a database keeps a record of customer details and
their car service history and sends reminders for MOT and Services to registered customers via email.. Using RFID, staff members clock in / out times and access rights to parts of software are registered.
